Allow me to explain in my finest gobshite English. If you get hit by a bus, then you will no doubt have to be sent to hospital (unless you die at the scene) for recovery etc. While you're in hospital, you will have to be changed into the typical patient clothing. This would involve the removal of the underwear. If they're not clean, you'll know all about it when you're discharged from hospital.
